Alta Langa DOCG Rosè TORELLI
Alta Langa DOCG is the Classic Method sparkling wine of Piedmont. A denomination that has its roots in the mid-nineteenth century in the Cantine di Canelli where the production of sparkling wines began with the method of refermentation in the bottle. The controlled and guaranteed designation of origin "Alta Langa" is exclusively reserved for the production of sparkling wines produced in an area between the provinces of Cuneo, Asti and Alessandria, obtained with refermentation in the bottle, in white or rosé version and exclusively vintage. Our Alta Langa Rosé is made from 100% pure Pinot Noir grapes, with a stay on the lees of over 30 months and is marketed in the extra brut version with a residual sugar between 4-5 g/l. The structure of Pinot Noir and the long aging on the lees are the secret of these complex, refined bubbles rich in surprising freshness.

It also complements a wide variety of dishes, including saffron risotto, seafood spaghetti and gnocchi with scampi sauce. For main courses, it pairs wonderfully with fried seafood, grilled fish, seasonal vegetables and white meats such as roast rabbit. It is equally enjoyable with a selection of fine cheeses, particularly the renowned Roccaverano DOP.
