Barbera d'Asti D.O.C.G. "I Mandorli"
Barbera or, as we say in Piedmont, Barbera is one of the red wines that has made Piedmont known in the Barbera is produced in the various wine-growing regions of Piedmont, but Barbera d'Asti DOCG is internationally recognized for its unique characteristics given by a terroir that enhances the structure and elegance of this wine to the maximum.
Barbera d'Asti "I Mandorli" follows the typical Piedmontese winemaking method with maceration for 10-14 days on the skins. After racking, the wine is kept at a temperature close to 20 °C to facilitate the completion of malolactic fermentation.
At this point, after a few rackings, it is taken to tanks outside the cellar where the cold winter temperatures stabilize the wine. At the beginning of summer bottling takes place and the Barbera d'Asti "I Mandorli" is ready for consumption after two months.

Although Barbera d'Asti is traditionally enjoyed while young to appreciate its vibrant fruit character, it can also benefit from a few years of bottle ageing, developing additional complexity and depth over time.
Serving Temperature
For the best tasting experience, serve between 16–18°C.

This versatile Italian red is an excellent companion throughout the meal.
